The winners of NAO-2022 have been revealed. In total 964 participants were registered on the NAO platform and 38 winners were revealed in different nominations as a result of the second tour of NAO.

The winners of NAO 2022 were awarded by the First Deputy Minister of Environment and Agriculture, Giorgi Khanishvili, the representative of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Georgia, Raimund Yele, and the head of the technical cooperation coordination office of the Austrian Embassy, ​​Alexander Karner.

The National Agricultural Olympiad is the innovative knowledge-based competition in the agricultural field throughout the country and in the region in general.

Within the framework of NAO, the knowledge evaluation in the selected agricultural fields is provided by testing of the participant target groups (the specialists, students and farmers). The author of the test questions is the Agricultural Development Association (ADA).

The main goal of the project is to create qualified mechanism for evaluating professional knowledge, raising awareness of agricultural fields among young people, and promoting non-formal education in the agricultural field.

The NAO-2022 is planned to be organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Austrian Development Cooperation, the Association for the Development of Agriculture (ADA), the USAID Agriculture Program and the Caucasus Network of Environmental Non-Governmental Organizations (CENN).
